B2B Logistics & Handling Fee Policy

A clear overview of our shipping fees, additional charges, handling rules, and self-pickup procedures for sample orders and regular B2B orders.

📦 Part 1: Courier Delivery
1. Shipping Fees by Weight

Note: If an order contains multiple cartons, shipping fees will be charged per carton.
2. Additional Charges
2.1 Handling Fee
  • 49R per order (covers up to 3 cartons)
  • +49R per additional carton beyond 3 cartons
The handling fee covers:
  • Packing and order verification time
  • Packaging material cost
  • Courier drop-off / dispatch labor cost
  • Business courier account management and reconciliation
  • Administrative cost for multiple small shipments
2.2 Bilister Oversize Fee
ZAR 100 per carton

Explanation: Each carton is oversized, so an extra ZAR 100 will be charged per carton. (Bilister cartons are classified as oversized by courier companies).

3. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Johannesburg area (JHB): 1–2 business days
  • Other Gauteng regions: 1–3 business days
  • Nationwide delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying / Remote areas: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are general estimates. Final transit times depend on the courier.

4. Courier Important Notes
  • Shipping costs may change according to courier adjustments.
  • Final fees are based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
  • All charges are in South African Rand (ZAR).
🏢 Part 2: Self-Pickup
1. Handling Fee Rules (Pickup)

Handling fee applies automatically based on the total order value.

2. Self-Pickup Policy

We support self-pickup or courier pickup (Uber / Bolt Courier only) with the following rules:

2.1 Pickup Appointment
  • Self-pickup must be scheduled at least one business day in advance.
  • Same-day pickup appointments are not supported.
  • Bookings made before 3:00 PM are eligible for next business day pickup.
  • Bookings made after 3:00 PM will be processed for pickup on the following business day.
  • Appointments can be arranged through your dedicated customer manager or directly with the CannBro warehouse.
2.2 Accepted Pickup Methods
  • Customer self-pickup
  • Uber Courier / Bolt Courier (booked by customer)
  • We do not accept unregistered third-party pickup drivers.
